1. How to log in?
Click on the Login button on the top left corner of the page
Enter your login information, i.e. your e-mail address and password.
Once you are logged in, click on you name on the top of the page to go to your user account.
2. Entering company information
Go to your user account and click on My Data .
Select Company Data.
If you have not previously saved the data of your company, click on +Add New Company.
Enter your company information, review it and click on the SAVE button.
3. How to purchase VIP tickets?
Go to your user account and click on VIP Member. If you cannot see this button, please contact our Customer Service Manager Aleksandra Vaičekauskienė by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
Choose the desired event from the list and click on BUY.
Clink on the date of the event and you will be redirected to ticket purchasing.
Making a Guest List (if you want your guests to pay for their VIP Suite tickets at the ticket office):
Enter the first name and family name of your guest into the GUEST field. Once you have entered all your guests, click on SAVE THE GUEST LIST (At the ticket office, the guests will be asked to give their name and VIP Suite number. If the guests are on the Guest List, they will be able to purchase the tickets reserved under their name).
Buying tickets online: Select the tickets you wish to purchase by placing a checkmark next to the ticket number column and click on the BUY button. If you want the guest’s name to be printed on the ticket, enter name of the guest in the GUEST field and, once you are done with all the guests, click on SAVE THE GUEST LIST. Select the tickets you wish to purchase and click on BUY.
Your tickets have been transferred to the shopping cart. If you need an invoice, select the respective option and select the company which you want to be invoiced, then click on INVOICE THIS COMPANY.
Choose your preferred payment method and complete your payment.
