THE MEET(ing) is a ritual, welcoming the audience to become participants instead of plain
observrs. It’s an invitation to tickle someone to death, to rock a doll like a woman, lose a daughter beause you simply love chess, sink ships by barely glancing at them, heal others with spring water, let your hair down and the devil inside you out. It’s spotting three crucial flaws of horrid women: disbelief, self-love and an insane attraction to bodily pleasures.
It’s finding a witch.
Seeing and seeing it through.
The joint work THE MEET(ing) take a courage dive into the unknown and change the form of jazz music and urban contemporary dance. Join the concert, the performance, the dance, the Rite - welcome to The Meet(ing).

* Reviews:
After the marathon of watching performances I asked myself another question - has Lithuanian theater finally learned the language of feminism? In 2018, #metoo had an echo in the cultural strata of our society, and how specifically did the movement benefit the theater and how did it affect it? I think we can already capture the feminism reflected in contemporary discourse on theater. Notable examples are Alytus City Theater project "Seen", Klaipėda Drama Theater "Mom's Courage" and Vilnius City Dance Theater "Low Air" ritual "The Meet(ing)". [Ingrida Ragelskienė, 7md.lt, 2019-03-22]
Talking contemporary dance perfromances, "The Meet(ing)" by Low Air still doesn't let my mind - watching it (or participating in it) felt like you were in a space that exhibits performer complexes, manipulating open forms of contemporary theater and dance, and as if the children of the city of Hameln followed the rat in a circle with the sectarian in varnished gowns, and then, obediently, round up a witch who had been chosen from their own squad. [Helmutas Šabasevičius, 7md.lt, Nr. 42 (1279), 2018-12-21]
Rimeika seems to feel the best in here, improvising most of the time and doing it perfectly. His bravery, mild aggressiveness and annoyance, both plagues and pulls. His sexuality goes through most stages and acts as the water of spectacle, linking individual fishes. [Dovilė Zavedskaitė-Statkevičienė, 7md.lt, Nr. 41 (1278), 2018-12-14]
No one resisted or dismantled the inhuman act of the ritual. Attended or watched, maybe even had fun as being at a party. [Ingrida Gerbutavičiūtė ir Rūta Oginskaitė, Menų faktūra, 2018 12 07]
